The past few years have been a whirlwind: he cut his teeth on Manchester’s spoken-word scene, earning a reputation for a seamless flow that slices through the mess of modern British life while finding unexpected beauty in the everyday, then got to be recognized on the streets....

Our stage will be trembling at the hands of New York City’s A Place To Bury Strangers on April 4, 2026. The band has been delighting and astonishing audiences for close to two decades, combining post-punk, noise-rock, shoegaze, psychedelia, and avant-garde music in startling and unexpected ways....

Friday, April 17, Dutch post-punk / crank-wave band Tramhaus returns to Romania, this time at Control. The band is known for their broad and ever-electrifying sound that reaches from shoegaze to punk rock, heralded for their live shows full or attitude. The mix comes from the band’s diverse influences, but live it clicks into a tight, unified force....

Winners of two Danish Music Awards Jazz in 2019 (New Artist of the Year and Composer of the Year), Svaneborg Kardyb are bringing their ever-evolving sound to the audience of Control on Thursday, May 7. The Danish duo, Nikolaj Svaneborg (keys) and Jonas Kardyb (drums, percussion) craft intricate, cyclical compositions that balance introspective warmth with an underlying sense of movement....

On Saturday, October 10, Canadians Holy Fuck return to Romania, back to the place where their “Tom Tom” video took shape. Not quite near Brașov this time, but right where it belongs: in Control. At a time when even entire classic rock bands are being AI generated, Holy Fuck are now more relevant than ever....
